The site occupies an area of 60,821 sq ft, a plot ratio of 4.0 and is zoned for residential purposes. The winning bid of The Landmark reflects a land rate of $1, 406 psf ppr with the inclusion of the $57 million costs of upgrading the property. However, the number and size of units to be developed is subject for approval by the relevant authority.
Owners of the units were anticipating for $300 million that reflects $1,474 psf ppr which is an excess of $15 million of its reserve price. With the buying price, the individual owners of the property can expect proceeds ranging between $1.6 and $4.9 million per unit.
